First time here, the worst Doctor i have ever encountered. Very arrogant 🙄 on the way he explained the medical information.

Dental Annex 3rd floor The best ever cleaning I’ve ever had! Such care, gentleness, efficiency and precision! Best dental touch and water suction performance /scraping by Dr Johnson and Guadalupe. They made my experience pure pleasure. Wonderful paperwork kindness and efficiency by Genevieve at front office. My teeth and me felt so loved and well cared for. I know this sounds so over the top but that’s what it felt like. Quality of care A+. Thank you to all staff!

Dr Johnson flirted with his assistant in front of me. As well as he got corrected by her about my filling. Then instead of doing two fillings as what I had expected with my front tooth filling only taking 20 minutes he had me schedule for another day. If I had known previously i would of booked all my appointments because now I have to wait another 2 months for the next availability. Hes rude makes it awkward and honestly should not be practicing if someone is having to correct him. The front desk also love to answer the phone rudely over talk you and when i had mentioned, “ wow id have to wait that long for another appointment.” The receptionist said, “Thats life.” The staff definitely would benefit from customer service training.

Had an exceptional apptmt with DrJohnson for deep cleaning and his staff, I was so scared and it went so efficient and well. Shots made sure no pain. Faster and easier than I thought. Really great people. I had questions and staff were very helpful. Felt super relieved. Just coming off numbing and feel super. Yay! Next day, I feel the best ever from deep clean! AND I WANT TO thank Lupe in office!! I had a question for busy dentist and SHE CALLED ME BACK. I can’t say enough thanks and great compliments for Dr Johnson and staff!!

Went to take my Grandson to this facility and the most rudest people Ive ever came across we never been to this place but I guarantee we will never come to this facility AGAIN!!! We had no ideal that it was against the law that we came early! Those people said to be there at 12:45 we were there at 12. I saw a Hispanic person talking to a patient who happened to be Hispanic as well… so I figured oh she can let us know if we were in the right place…no she finished talking with him, then turn around and walked off not even acknowledging that I was there, and her coworker saw me and they just walked away…then a rude doctor came out and started yelling you can’t be here you can’t be here after we had already been there 40 minutes. Wow I’m happy to know we don’t need to put up with this substandard treatment. If this is the way they talk to you on your first time coming there, well you won’t get a second view of us!!!! The characters kept saying we are closed the sign says it on the front door. Well hello we came up through the elevator so how in the h…could we see the sign? I wouldn’t want any, not any of these characters to work with my grandson. So thank you all for showing Us the t
